2008 Wedding Services

• A non-refundable retainer equal to 1/3 of total package price is required to book a wedding. 
• The second installment of 1/3 of the total package price is due upon the engagement session.
• The balance of package pricing is due no later than the day of the wedding.
• The bride & groom are required to sign a contract for services. 
• Certificate of Insurance provided to church upon request. 

Package A - $3,000.00

• Totally unlimited coverage for your entire wedding day - no limit on hours or what is covered
• 1 CD with approximately 600 images with a copyright release allowing unlimited reproduction of any photo in any size.
• An engagement session (up to 3 locations) with a CD of all photos and a copyright release.
• A private bridal session (up to 3 locations) with a CD of all the images and a copyright release.
• 3 wedding albums with 200 3.5x5 prints of your favorite images
• 1 16x20 print of your favorite image mounted and framed

Package B - $1,500.00

• 6 hours of unlimited coverage including wedding party preparations, pre-wedding formals, post-wedding bride & groom shots, ceremony and reception.
• 1 CD with approximately 300 images with a copyright release allowing unlimited reproduction of any photo in any size.
• An engagement session (both inside and outside sittings) with the CD of all photos and a copyright release.
• A private bridal session (with two locations) with a CD of all the images and a copyright release.
• 1 print of any photograph in a size up to 16x20 OR a 16x20 story board print. That is a 16x20 frame with between 12 and 15 2x3 prints in black and white depicting the wedding in a story board fashion.

Package C - $950.00

• 4 hours of limited coverage including pre-wedding formals, ceremony and reception. Time would start one and a half hours before the ceremony doing formals, half hour for the actual ceremony, half hour after the ceremony doing bride and groom shots and an hour and a half at the reception.
• 1 CD with approximately 200 images with a copyright release.
• A brief engagement session (inside only) with a CD with a copyright release.
• This package does not include ANY prints.

Package D - $500.00

• 2 hours of limited coverage including either the pre-wedding formals, ceremony and the post-wedding bride & groom shots OR the ceremony and reception only.
• 1 CD with approximately 100 images along with a copyright release.
• This package does NOT include any prints.
• This package does include the sitting fee for the engagement photos, but does NOT include the CD. With this package you'd have to purchase engagement photos as regular packages based on our normal pricing.
